RARE Vintage USSR Watch Sturmanskie 1MchZ STOP-Second Yuri Gagarin Serviced

When Yuri Gagarin went down in history as the first person in space on April 12, 1961, he had a special watch on his wrist. The timepiece was custom made for this space flight, manufactured by Sturmanskie. The watch got a legendary touch because it worked perfectly in weightlessness. Sturmanskie has been the official watch supplier for former Soviet and now Russian cosmonauts since 1961.
