Issue: The components gets separated a little as the product ages, difference in temperature and lighting and may not smell the same. By following the steps above will get the product to the original scent.

SHIPPING

I ship every 2-3 days, sometimes sooner if possible. I use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.

I only ship to the lower 48 states, no APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes allowed.

Return Policy

· Seller must be contacted within thirty (30) days after item is delivered to request an exchange or a refund.

· Exchange or refund for item(s) found to be defective will be allowed once item is returned to seller in original - unused condition and original packaging at buyer's expense. Replacement will be shipped or refund issued only when seller receives item.

· If buyer is unsatisfied for any personal reason(s), refund will be allowed once item is returned at buyer's expense in original - unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping cost is non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking / relisting fee.

· If item comes in a sealed box or package and seal is broken by buyer and buyer wants to return it for any reason(s) other than shipping damage, then there will be no refund or exchange.

· If carrier is unable to deliver package due to buyer's failure to provide complete and accurate address and item is returned to seller, then buyer must pay to have the item re-shipped or a refund will be processed with 20 % restocking / relisting fee after item has been received by seller in original condition and original packaging
