The design has a four stacked heart hinge that connects the lens to the arm. One arm is adorned with Swarovski stones, with the words TRUE LOVE on one arm and the Love Dog, with the pink tongue on the other. These include the leather embroidered matching case, cleaning cloth and extra stones.
