Although in unused, like new condition, the game does not work properly & is temperamental.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, hence being sold as faulty with no returns,  refunds or bad feedback please

for ages 3 years & above due to small parts

Cosmetically in in unused, like new condition.  Outer box has some wear due to age & storage
