We only accept payments made through PayPal at this time. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still use your Credit Card through PayPal's system by simply using their "Check Out as a Guest" option. We ship all orders FASTwithonly 1-2 business day handling time!
(Business Days: Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs,Fri. Auctions or Fixed Priced items purchased on Friday after 10am EST will ship out Monday. This also applies to orders place on Saturday and Sunday)


How We Ship

We currently ship orders one of three ways: FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any expedited shipping services at this time.

Please Note: Items listed as Standard Shipping can come any of these three services. You will be notified in your shipping confirmation what service is being used and be provided a tracking number for that service. We do this so we can pass on as much of the savings we can to our customers and to reduce the need to charge our customers shipping.


When we ship items between 1 and 100 lbs, we use one of three services:


FedEx Ground

Heavy or large items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. This is their regular shipping service where the item is picked up from us by FedEx, and delivered to you by FedEx. This shipping method can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, so we ask that all customers are patient with us during this shipping period as well. The tracking number received for this method of shipment will only be able to be tracked through FedEx’s website.



UPS Ground

Heavy or large items will be shipped via UPS Ground. This is their regular shipping service where the item is picked up from us by UPS, and delivered to you by UPS. This shipping method can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, so we ask that all customers are patient with us during this shipping period as well. The tracking number received for this method of shipment will only be able to be tracked through UPS’s website.


USPS Priority Mail

Some smaller items that
will be shipped USPS Priority mail. This service includes fast 1-3 business day delivery times with tracking on the USPS website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us immediately. Please contact us within 7

days
after receiving the item.

If, after contacting us, we were unable to locate a proper replacement or exchange, or you just want to return the item for a

full refund and you have been asked to cover return shipping, please send the item(s) to:

Please remember to send us
both of the following:
1) The name of the company you used to return the item
2) The tracking number associated with your return.

Please do not forget your tracking number, as this is the only way to prove the item was returned and keep you and your money safe!

As soon as the item is back with us, your full refund (minus any shipping charges you may have paid to begin with) will be processed.


If it is decided that we will cover return shipping, we will need your email address, so that we can email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

Please understand if you do not contact us before you return the item, we will be unable to refund your shipping costs at a later time, as we can only refund the amount you paid for the item and original shipping costs (if applicable), and cannot refund additional funds unless we use PayPal's "Send Money" function, but please be advised that if we must do this,
PayPal will deduct a portion of your refund due to their fees for receiving money.

Lastly, please, give us the opportunity to resolve the issue before you leave any feedback or DSR ratings - If you give us a chance, we'll make it right - guaranteed!
