Choice glossy medium brown. There are a few fine scratches under CEN, mostly hidden under the line below CENT, a few faint ones in the field before the portrait as well, but these are more difficult to see. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth and quite attractive. Nicely struck E-MDS, Manley state 2.0.
