We purchase our watches from well recognized large
publicly traded companies within the USA.
We are committed about the authenticity of the
products we sell on eBay and work honestly to provide as much information as
possible.
All items are store demos/surplus merchandise/New
or like new returns. Some items may have signs of use. If item has any
significant signs of use (heavy scratches/scuff marks/not working) it will be
noted in the description below. Small or unnoticeable signs of use will not be
listed. Pictures are of actual items except for the stock pictures, so please
refer to the pictures for the most accurate description. The products you see
are the ones you get.

Do your timepieces come with the original
packaging and paperwork?
We are not affiliated with any timepiece manufacturers,
so we cannot offer the manufacturer’s warranty or paperwork. We ship our
timepieces with the original box, if available. Occasionally we will have the
manufacturer's original manual and will include it with the timepiece.
What is
your return policy?
All our products are sold AS IS.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the low cost of the
final product price.
We try to include as much information as possible so you can make
a better decision. What you see is what you will receive. If you need more
images of the product, feel free to contact us via eBay message, we will try to
respond as soon as possible.

We accept returns for 30 days for defective items.
We do not accept returns for non-defective items. If we make an exception and
allow a non-defective return, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you take the item outside of the United States, we will not pay for your
return shipping to us or our shipping back to you (in the event of an
exchange). You will be fully responsible for all international shipping
charges, duties, taxes and fees.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we
will file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be given until the
shipping company has decided the claim. We will not be responsible for any
shipping damage that you report more than 3 days after delivery.
Also, we do not have a price matching policy. The price you purchase the item
for on eBay is the price that you agree to pay. We will not price match to a
lower price.
