This card is a supposed error as the 'STAFF' indentation appears yet the usual golden foil is absent. It was bought as part of a comprehensive Mewtwo-collection a few years ago. I have not myself seen 'ghost' stamps of the Evolution Prerelease cards before. The prior owner stated that they had seen a few others but deemed these instances very rare. In addition the holofoil is bleeding through as can seen on a few of the pictures (which is a more common variant for the prerelease cards to my knowledge). Feel free to add to the origin of these if you have any info.
