Adorable TEA COLLECTION dress from the Namaste Nepal Collection.  Black and white striped cotton knit top with golden yellow twirly skirt with big cats covered in leaves.  Girl's size 7.  Measures approximately 25.5" from shoulder to hem; 13" underarm to underarm; 14" sleeve inseam.  In great, very gently worn condition.  In the interest of full disclosure, I put a couple of stitches in a tiny area just above the waist in the back (see pic) where it got caught on something.  Hardly noticeable.  Smoke-free home.
