This party bolero / jacket is a bright yellow, not pastel, with velvet ties for closure. A friend many years ago gave it to me. She attended a finishing school after high school and had a number of dresses for party or cocktail affairs. I did not see any holes or rips to the jacket. It has darts at the elbows, shoulder and front. It is also lined with a sheer yellow fabric. Here's the measurements:

Side seam to side seam measured across the back at the yoke: 12 1/2 inches

Shoulder seam to bottom: 13 inches

Armpit to hem: 6 3/4 inches

Armpit to armpit across the back: 16 inches

Shoulder seam to sleeve hem: 19 inches

The front has four velvet ties for a closure; none of the measurements are front this size since it opens all the way when the ties are untied.
