- In some units there might be few signs of cosmetic wear, due to the usage.
- Dear buyer! Please Note: It is your responsibility to purchase the right item. Please, check the match of the item properly with your own part Before purchasing. EBay system does not show all the proper compatibility, and you will need to check your part numbers. In case you do not have the part number, you can get it from the dealership by providing your VIN #. If you have any hesitation, please feel free to contact us at any time to confirm fitment. By this way there will not be any misunderstandings and waste of time for returns. Fitment is only guaranteed if we confirm the match of the part number!
- We are not responsible for units bought without checking the match of the Original Part Number, or units bought by mistake.
- Most of the electronic parts have to be programmed/coded or/calibrated/synchronized, in order, to work properly (e.g.: LCM, FRM, GM modules, Engine Computers, Navigation Head units, ABS pumps, Steering angle sensors, Bluetooth modules etc.). It should be done by the dealership or your local service technician in order to make the part working on the specific VIN. As it is the same procedure for both used and new modules, please note that you will need to code it in any cases. Moreover, It is buyer's responsibility to program or code the unit, if it is required.
- We will not take the responsibility for any fees incurred by mechanic charges or mechanical errors due to faulty installation, paid by the buyer.
- All units will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment has been received from our store, which is located in Continental Europe.
- Please inquire for shipping costs and make sure if full address of the delivery is provided correctly, so that we can be able to calculate the shipping cost.

- The Express Delivery is carried out via DHL/UPS express couriers.The Standard/Economy Shipping is carried out via regular local post.
- The Standard/Economy shipping outside Europe and North America can take approximately 30 working days.
- We do not ship APO/FPO, and please contact us to calculate shipping costs to UK Protectorates/overseas territories.
- We will accept any returns within 60 days from the original purchase date.
- According to customer preferences, If the item is defective, the full refund of the purchase price is issued or the item can be exchanged for the another item with the same features.
- The return policy does not cover damage, which is caused due to improper installation or when the item was physically altered by the buyer.
- The item should be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used, damaged or altered in any way.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe arrival of the good.
- All items are tested and checked for possible errors before removing them from the car.
- All items have 2 months warranty and are labeled with warranty stickers before the shipping. If these stickers are damaged, the warranty becomes void.
- In case, the controversial matters occur over the fitment, in order to settle the dispute, the buyer should provide two photos of his own module with the part number and our module with the warranty sticker and our glued on marking code.
