This screening test detects Leukocytes & Nitrite, and if present or present at high levels can indicate illness or infection, mainly relating to the heart, liver, kidneys & urinary tract. Any colour change of the test strip can be compared with the colour chart provided to reveal the results.
Nitrite: Nitrite is not decectable in normal urine. Positive nitrite can be indicative of urinary tract infection.
Screening test contains 3 test strips, allowing you to test different members of the family at regular intervals, or when you feel unwell.

Simply collect a sample of your urine into a clean uncontaminated container. Immerse the test strip into the container of urine for about 2 seconds. Wait 60 seconds and read the result by comparing with the colour chart provided.
