48 dismounted figures in original box - painted plastic figures on metal bases

This retired set was produced by Britains in England in the 1980s. It was intended to include 48 figures in 6 different poses (8 of each pose with rectangular metal bases). But due to flawed quality control procedures when it was originally packed by Britain's, there can sometimes be more of one pose than another, such as 12 kneeling firing and only 4 charging figures. We received these counter packs direct from Britain's, so what we are selling is an untouched set in mint condition. We are, however, letting you know that the pose distribution is what it is. This set is sold in as-is condition.

The set is packed in their original counter pack box which was purchased directly from the manufacturer, and has been stored in our smoke-free, climate-controlled warehouse for over 3 decades. Over the years the label has faded and the box (see photos above) may show a variety of minor rubs, slight tears, perhaps a crease or other small damage. As we have more than one of these sets, the photographs of the box may not precisely match what you will receive, but we guarantee that you will receive a mint, original Dismounted U.S. 7th Cavalry counter pack of the same vintage as the one shown. The set is sold in as-is condition.
