WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Our warranty covers naturally occurring faults only, including non-self-inflicted hardware part failures and non-self-inflicted software issues. Please note the following details regarding our warranty coverage:

• Batteries are covered under a warranty period of 3 months due to wear and tear. All batteries are professionally tested to ensure they are in fully working condition before dispatch.

The following faults/scenarios are NOT covered under our 12-month warranty:

• Battery-related faults that occur after 3 months of the warranty period.
• Self-inflicted damage, such as damaged screens, bent frames/bezels.
• Returns lost in the post without proof of postage.
• Wear and tear issues, including batteries after 3 months and accessories.
• Postage reimbursements.
• Phones returned with an Apple ID.
• Phones that have been repaired by an unauthorized source.

Additional Warranty Information:

• If a handset is returned with an Apple ID on the device, we will require cooperation from the customer to have it removed. Failure to do so will void the warranty, and no refund will be issued.
• Handsets returned with self-inflicted damage to the screen or camera lens will void the warranty and be returned to the customer.
• Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.
• If a handset is deemed uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
• We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the data cannot be retrieved.
• Our warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy, not our warranty.
• Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade.
• To claim warranty, please send us a message via eBay's messaging system, and our customer service representative will assist you within 0-2 working days.

Terms and Conditions of the Sale:

Our terms and conditions apply to any warranty offered in the item description at the time of sale. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, as stated in the item description. Please note the following:

• Our warranty covers manufacturing faults (excluding excluded faults mentioned below) within the stated warranty time period.
• Excluded faults include battery faults/life issues, software issues, and power-related faults.
• If a covered fault occurs, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
• Accidental, physical, or water damage is strictly not covered.
• The warranty will be void if the item is physically damaged, tampered with, inspected, or opened by anyone other than us without our written consent.
• If you encounter a problem, please stop using the item and return it to us within 28 days to prevent further damage and avoid voiding the warranty.
• We do not accept devices back with any user information on them.
• If no warranty is mentioned in the item description, it means we do not offer any warranty for that specific item.
