Step 1: please kindly check if the 2 cooling fan of the beam spot moving head light  is normal, one fan is for air suction, another fan is for blowing air to reflection cup of the  MSD Platinum Lamp,  clean the dust on the fan.

Step 2: Please check if the air blower in the middle of the 2 cooling fan can work properly, if the wick is the correct place, and if the cooling fan for ignitor can work properly.

Step 3: Before replacing moving head light lamp, please use alcohol to rub the moving head light heatsink, color plate,gobo plate and lens to ensure that the light can penetrate.
