You will receive exactly what you are seeing on pictures. A very rare Brazilian NES cartridge of Super Mario Bros, released by DISMAC company, for Brazil NES clone systems.

In the pictures, shows Mario character making a two with his fingers, but its not the lost levels Super Mario 2 game. It is the very classic Super Mario Bros. Works fine in all NES systems, but original NES console need to be unlocked to run the game properly, becouse the protection chip.
