Use a 30VA dual 18V transformer with this power board, and the maximum output capacity is about plus or minus 21V @ 400mA (16.8W). To ensure the larger power consumption when the KSA5 cold machine starts, it is recommended that the buyer equip the KSA5 amplification system with a dual 18V or more. Transformers around 50W.

Welding debugging instructions:
1. According to the nominal component parameters of the board silk screen, it can be used after the correct welding is correct, and the owner succeeded in one time;
2. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of all capacitors, diodes, and LEDs;
3. The 10k potentiometer pad and the 4.7k resistor pad near the output end are two options. For KSA5, you only need to solder a 4.7K resistor and output 21V; if you need an adjustable method, the 4.7k resistor does not Welding is needed, just welding 10k potentiometer;
4. As a fixed output method, it is recommended to use a fixed resistor. The potentiometer may cause voltage fluctuations due to poor contact or vibration. Therefore, our shop has selected genuine American Burns adjustable resistors for it;
5. The op amp can be AD817 or OP27, these low-noise single op amps, it is recommended to use the original AD817, which has a large current drive capability;
6. The 6.2/6.8V voltage regulator tube of the driver pole can also be used with 3 red LEDs in series (6V), choose one of the two;
7. Please use a capacitor with a withstand voltage of 1kV or more for the 103 capacitor connected in parallel next to the 1M resistor for ground discharge. The new version has been changed to 1nF(102)/2kV;
8. Please pay attention to the voltage drop of the LED used. Unless you know the circuit principle and have calculated it, please do not use other color LEDs to avoid parameter deviation. All LEDs (except output instructions, etc.) are marked with the LED color that needs to be installed. (Red=Red, Green=Green), the color of output indicator LED can be arbitrary;
9. When the subsequent stage capacitive load is large (large capacitor capacity, large number of capacitors), it may cause the capacitor charging current to be too large at the moment of power-on, and then the fuse will be burned. At this time, the fuse needs to be replaced from fast-blow to slow Or buy another fuse according to your own needs;
10. Regarding the change of lower output voltage, such as 5V, VREF can not be changed at this time (the principle is that the voltage of VOUT is greater than the voltage of VREF), and the three red light-emitting diodes in series can be changed to two, or corresponding voltage regulator diodes of similar voltage At the same time, the output sampling feedback resistance should be changed according to the actual voltage.
