Welcome to adalia's attic! Today we have a 1976 CHER 12" mego doll MONTGOMERY WARD'S EXCLUSIVE BLACK DRESS. It is in used condition with signs of previous play and age. The flower is missing from the front. The collar edge is fraying. The one elastic piece around the shoulder is stretched out.  It may have snags or other defects.
