Excellent used condition shows hardly any signs of wear.  No holes / tears in fabric.  No stains, blemishes, writing, or marks.  Straps, snaps, buckles all work.  No discoloration, and camo is bright and crisp. 

Never Issued items are either brand new with tags and / or packaging or they may not have tags or packaging and may have some dust or signs of storage / handling but show no signs of ever having been issued, used cleaned or laundered. 

CIF / Supply Turn in or Needs Repair has seen better days.  Holes / tears (greater than ¼ inch) likely.  Some stains, blemishes, writing, marks are likely.  Fading or color variation likely.  Camo pattern fading likely.  Straps, snaps, buckles may be missing or unserviceable.  This item may still be useful if repaired although it will not be as effective as one in better condition.  Most of these are purchased by military personnel to be used as a turn in item to supply or CIF.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed online through eBay

Shipping Terms

• We ship orders twice per week, Tuesday and Friday.  Monday and Thursday orders where payment is received before COB 5 pm EST will ship the following day on Tuesday or Friday. 
• We do not ship on weekends or US holidays
• For high value orders we may require signature confirmation upon delivery
• Your order will be shipped from Indiana or Kentucky.  We ship using USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground.  We generally choose the most economical (regardless of what service was in the eBay listing) however if you have a shipping preference or require expedited shipping, please send us a message and we will accommodate if you pay for the additional cost of shipping. 
• Delivery dates or shipping times are estimates!  Once we hand it off to the shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason on their end.

Returns

• All of our items may be returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted
• The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping
• Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped with all accessories
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned item and it is examined
• Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable
