I worked with tutu maker to create this beautiful costume!  They did all the sewing, & the result is very pretty.  It was sewn in Europe.  This is the only one I have had made.  It is very professional.  This is based on a professional tutu composed of 7 layers of stiff pleated tulle & a top skirt.  This is a one piece tutu.  The costume is not on hoops.  It is easier to partner when there isn't a hoop in the way.  It is all decorated by hand.  The top layer of the tulle skirt is slightly sparkly.  The entire costume is exquisitely & decorated with crystals & appliqués & trims.  At the bust level there are & 2 rows of hook & eye closures.  Please see the photos of the hip & back length measurements.  For this costume you will want to measure at the high hip level.  Many of my listings require measurements at the low hip & the 2 measurements are very different.  The back of the tutu is also decorated with crystals, appliqués & trims. It is gorgeous & adds interest.  The costume comes with arm bands.  The shipping fee includes a signature upon delivery.

Note: Girth isn't provided or available, so I recommend measuring the back length.
