These glossy tiles are about 4-1/4" by 4-1/4" and 5/16 inch thick.
Using my digital calibrator, tiles measure 4.27" wide and .30 inch thick.
Tile measures 4.32" wide on the self-spacing lugs.
These
tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles
for grouting.
These tiles made by The Color Tile Company during the 1970's -1990's
Color Tile Company in business from 1953 until 1993.
Imprinted on back of tiles is: Made in USA, I have two different version of the back of this tile, the fronts are identical... see pictures.

made for many decades by all the big Tile Manufacturing Companies…Each company
had their own name for this color variation such as “Gold Dust, Gold Mist,
Golden Nugget, Golden Sparkle, Gold Sparkle, Golden Granite. Each tile is a
little different in color and size; over the years the speckled pattern changed
even with the same company. The White
background color can change from very bright white to dirty white colors…This
makes this color tile one of the most difficult colors to match.
