PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULY AND THOROUGHLY.

This service will provide you with the master key to reset your parental controls pin for all firmware versions of Nintendo Switch console. 

On purchase of this service, please send me a message (NOT in "Note to seller", a proper message to my inbox) with the following information:

- Serial number of your switch 

(found on the sticker at the bottom, or in the settings)

- Enquiry number

(displayed after you enter incorrect pin too many times and press + for help)

You MUST type out the serial and enquiry number in a message to me. DO NOT send a photograph of the switch screen, and DO NOT include it in note to seller on checkout, as this is only seen when printing postage label which isn't applicable for this item.

IMPORTANT: Once you are on the screen with the enquiry number, do not back out of this screen, as this number will no longer work. Keep the screen open until you have received your master key. Every time you enter the enquiry screen, a new number is generated so make sure the switch stays on this screen.

Bare in mind that this service is based in the UK, and if purchased outside of normal daytime hours you may have to wait until it is morning here for the master key to come through.
