Porcelain Bisque Figurine Little Boy Playing With Puppy Dog House Crown Mark

I’m not sure of the maker but it has a blue crown stamp

with WR connected to it. It is also marked with a registration number of 171.

There is a small holder on the left that could be used for a pen and on the right there is a round indentation, I’m not sure what the original use of this piece was but it could have been for an ink well or possibly a tea light holder?

It measures approximately 10” x 4.5” x 6”
