This gold and black chrome handcrafted twist pen is made from the support beams of the Mean Streak wooden roller coaster.

The Mean Streak wooden roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio was open to the public on May 11, 1991. At the time it was the tallest wooden roller coaster in the world with the longest drop height. The Mean Streak was closed on September 16, 2016. The wood used in the making of these pens are Southern Yellow Pine and comes from the support beams that supported sections of the track.

The classic two-tone look and feel make this pen a no-nonsense pen you can live with every day. A simple twist of the body section and you're in action. Smooth twist operation and Quality Parker® type ballpoint refill for smooth, dependable writing. It uses standard Parker refills, available in many office supply stores and big box department stores.
