Most succulent seeds are best germinated over the warmer part of the year 

( BUT NOT TOO HOT  )

That will vary depending on where you are and your individual growing conditions. 

Fungicide should be used especially if you choose to use a heatbed and hothouse conditions,  ie ziplock bag method.
