1. We accept direct order payment on eBay itself.

2. Bulk orders can be accepted. Products are always full in stock, or can be customized for specific requirement after communication

Shipping

1. Your item(s) will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after order payment has been successfully verified on eBay platform.

2. In order for us to have PayPal seller protection, we only ship to address shown in your PayPal payment. We DO NOT ship to any other address requested by email or eBay message.

3. We will pack your item(s) carefully and safely to avoid any damage during transmit; each package has its own tracking No., which will be provided on eBay platform.

4. For ‘Standard Int'l Shipping’, default shipping will be via China Post or Hong kong Post (if package contains battery inside, default shipping will be via Netherlands Post: Hongkong->Netherlands as transit->destination country). For ‘Expedited Int'l Shipping’, default shipping will be via DHL, Fedex, Aramex or EMS, which depend on each specific case. Note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Return Policy

1. We have 30 days’ warranty for money back. Refund will be issued after returning item has been received.

2. It’s buyer’s responsibility to contact us about replacement or refund issue within 30 days after defective item has been received; otherwise, we have to reject it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost in any cases.

3. All return items must be in original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories; We are not responsible and do not accept any damaged return items. Buyers must pack the return item safely; Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
