The tray is 3 3/4" diameter.  The tea pot with lid is 2 1/4".  The creamer is 1".  The sugar with lid is 1 1/2".

The saucers are 1 1/8" diameter.  The cups are 3/4" tall and 3/4" across top.

Very good condition with no chips.
