We do ship internationally with a few exceptions. All items with a value of more than AU $100.00 require a signature on delivery; please plan accordingly. Masten products come with up to a 2- Year Warranty and are built to last through extensive testing in the Australian outback. Since 2009 Masten Engineers have been at the forefront of vehicle electronics for both OEM and Aftermarket.
Most support is managed in- house by our experienced service technicians and in most instances a quick solution to any problem can be reached both within, and outside the product warranty period.
We maintain critical spare parts so in most occasions, parts are on hand and ready to solve your issues within a timely period. If we don't have the part in stock, in most cases we can get it in for you despite the product's age.

We're ultra-selective about the electronics, materials, manufacturing process, quality control and finishes of every product. Put simply, we only sell the best. Unless otherwise stated, DIG offer a minimum 12 month warranty (24 months if listed in the description) on products used for private use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise).
More Info...If you've purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the within 14 days of contacting us.
