RETURN POLICY

1. Our items come with a 30-day warranty.

2. To start a return, Customer must submit a return request on the eBay website within 30 days from the item delivery date.

3. In order to be approved, the return request must comply with our Return policy.

4. Once the request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label that Customer can use to send the item back to us. After the item gets back, we will inspect it and offer a replacement or a refund. If the Customer prefers a refund, we will issue a refund within one business day. If the Customer prefers a replacement, we will ship a replacement at no cost and provide the tracking number.

5. Our return policy does not cover altered items. An “altered item” is the item that is altered in any way by Customer or any other third party.

(a) We do not cover items that were damaged in any way by Customer or any other third party.

(b) We do not cover items that were locked by Customer or any other third party. “Locked” means the device is locked to an account that does not belong to us and cannot be unlocked without the user’s password.

(c) If Customer returned an altered item, we will determine the applicable cost of repair and deduct this cost from the total refund amount. If the item cannot be repaired, we will calculate the estimated market value of the altered item and deduct the applicable loss from the total refund amount.

6. If more than 30 days passed since the item delivery date, the item cannot be returned.


Free Returns policy:

1. Please note, we offer free returns only for items classified as "not as described". 

2. Return requests based on other claims will be accepted, but we will not cover return shipping costs. We do not offer free shipping service for returns based on the following claims:

(a) Presence of scratches, scuffs, dents, dings, dust, or any other signs of usage.

(b) Customer changed mind or no longer wants the item.

(c) Battery life, if applicable, unless the battery is defective.

(d) Other claims in which the item's condition meets the criteria outlined in the description.


SHIPPING POLICY

1. Our eBay Refurbished orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

2. Once an order has been paid for, we will ship the item within one business day. 

3. Orders placed on Friday after 04:00 PM MT, Saturday, or Sunday will shipped the following Monday or the next business day in case of postal holidays. 

4. Customer must provide us with an accurate shipping address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a cancellation of the order.

(a) If Customer provided an incorrect address, and the item was returned to us, we will process a refund with any applicable shipping fees deducted from the total refund amount.

(b) If Customer provided an incorrect address, and the item was not returned to us, or if the item was lost in transit, we will not process a refund.

5. The item is deemed delivered if the tracking number shows "Delivered," or a similar status.

(a) If Customer files a claim of non-delivery, and the item is not delivered, we will process a full refund.

(b) If Customer files a claim of non-delivery, and the item is delivered, we will deny the claim and will not process a refund.

(c) Customer agrees to help us in any postal investigations, including insurance claims, conducted by the courier.


SALES TAX

Please note, as a registered business we are required to charge and remit GST/HST to the federal government. We charge GST/HST according to the buyer's province. Please refer to CRA website for more information. We do not charge GST/HST on taxable goods shipped to people in other countries, such as the U.S.
