Shipping Policy

UK Orders


By default all our items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery and includes cost of postage, packing, preparation and labelling etc.


We offer upgrades to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order.


Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However on some unforeseen occasions items are sent 24-48 hours after payment (if you have specific details please let us know when you order and we will be more than happy to assist you.)


All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.


Royal Mail normally aim to deliver within 3-5 working days after posting via Second Class.


Royal Mail advise 90% of items sent via First class arrive next day.


However Royal Mail do state to allow up to 15 working days for your item to arrive. We do not expect you to wait this long, if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please inform us.


International Orders


For delivery in the EU please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.


For all other International Orders please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.


We also offer an upgraded option of International Signed for delivery for peace of mind.


Collection


We do not provide collections as we are an internet based company.


Returns Policy

Returns of faulty or unwanted goods can be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.


The cost of posting the item back is the responsibility of the buyer (in case of unwanted goods) and should be sent through a reliable method.


Faulty items will be tested for any fault and a refund will be given within 7 days of receipt including the cost of posting the item back.
