Over of half-title reads 'Annamese New Testament Gia: 0. 40' Title page reads 'Sach Tan-Uoc Cua Duc Jesus-Christ Chung Ta. In Lan Thu Hai. Contains 430 beautiful pages with stamp on last page reading 'Imprime En Annam'. All pages are very nice, except that end pages have tanning and minor chips, title page and the rest of the pages are complete, slight damp stain to last few page edges. Real nice copy. Inside cover signed in pencil 'Chapman'. Very scarce Biblical/missionary collectible at a time when Vietnam was ruled by foreign powers.
