We recommend going for a size that is approximately ½ inch larger than your wrist measurement, depending on how loose you would like it to fit. We measure bracelets in the round (like your wrist), so it will always measure longer when laid flat. Please choose one of our size options above, or email us with the custom size you need. As a guideline, the average size for teens or small wrists is 6 inches, ladies is 7 inches, and men is 8 inches. But please measure carefully to get the right fit for you.
