3. We acquire titles from various avenues (both new and used) and conditions can vary when coming to us. Every item we sell gets the same amount of care when handling as if we owned it personally.  
4. Your item will be shipped out in a bubble mailer and/or small rate box securely.  Please be patient with postal services during this time. Tracking will be uploaded once your item has been shipped
