Product Overview.
CKF series electric shut-off valve is suitable for on-off control in HVAC system. It consists of shut-off valve and actuator, and the actuator drives the opening and closing parts for up and down movement. The valve is forged of brass, the actuator is driven by synchronous motor, with built-in limit contact, which can make the valve power off when it is fully open or fully closed, and the action is stable. And it has manual manual valve opening device, which is convenient for on-site debugging work. After energized, it automatically resets.CKF series electric shut-off valve is widely used in heating, air conditioning, floor heating and other systems.

Wiring instructions for circuit board and shock head (ceramic plate transducer) :



 


1. Shock head two wiring, two ceramic pieces of the middle of the wiring piece for the positive pole, by the upper and lower metal column for the negative pole, remember not to connect the reverse;



 


2. The silver-coated side of the ceramic plate of the transducer is a negative electrode, while the larger side of the other two silver layers is a positive electrode, and the smaller side is a negative plate. When welding the power cord, it must be welded on the side with two silver layers, and the other side is a vibrating surface, which can be pasted under the washing basin (this is the component description of the ceramic plate transducer purchased). The silver layer on the ceramic plate is not resistant to high temperature. When welding the power line, the temperature of the soldering iron shall not exceed 280 degrees. It is better to use the constant temperature soldering iron and set the soldering iron temperature as 250 degrees.



 


3. The larger side of the shock head (with a screw hole) is the shock surface that can be glued to the bottom of the cleaning basin. The cleaning basin should be grounded reliably.



 


4. Shock head or transducer ceramic plate application shock head glue firm paste on the bottom of the cleaning basin, can also be used AB adhesive paste, but the effect is slightly poor, such as using epoxy resin ratio of 10:4 can be;
