If you feel mild pain during the initial use of the massager, we recommend you wear thick socks or put a towel under your feet to get moderate pressure and improve your massage experience. When you get used to the massage intensity, you can remove the towel or socks for a better massage experience.

The massager will turn off automatically after a 15-minute massage session to prevent overheating.
