Cooking Instructions

1. Soak overnight, then drain. 2. Bring pan to a boil, add grain and then reduce the heat 3. Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until tender.

We are happy to accept returned products that have been unopened and undamaged within 30 days from the day you purchased. However we are unable to offer a refund for any shipping costs. Buyer pays P&P to return the item to us.
