WHY 18th EDITION!? This is the Latest British Standards

18th Edition Regulation 521.10.202 requires that “Wiring systems shall be supported such that they will not be liable to premature collapse in the event of a fire.”
It's purpose being to limit the risk to firefighters or any other persons from entanglement by cables when they entered or exited a premises.
