Shipping:

Postage to the UK Mainland only is set by Ebay (SIGNED FOR) via Courier or Royal Mail including insurance (The buyer is responsible for the item once delivery has been attempted at the specified delivery location).

For buyers from the Highlands, Islands and N.Ireland please contact prior for possible additional postage charges which will also be shipped signed for via courier including insurance.

International buyers please choose the eBay International shipping scheme.

If the buyer misses the delivery then the courier or Royal Mail will hold the item for a certain amount of time for collection (Please check with the shipping firm for an accurate time).  Royal Mail will offer a redelivery as an option.  However if the buyer does not collect the item then it will be returned to sender, if returned to sender it is the buyers resposibility to get in contact for the item to be shipped again (upon additional postage costs being paid again).

Damages:

Please inspect all goods before signing for, provide photos and sign for as damaged if there are any, if you don’t your claim is voided and I can’t put in a claim for you. Once the courier accepts the claim and the money is released you will receive your refund.

Claims for lost items in transit:

This is not a quick process and can take a few weeks to recover, once the money is released from the courier you will be refunded. This is due to the couriers protocols of waiting a certain time before reporting loss, processing times etc etc.
