Only use full metallic pads on coated rotors.
When utilizing slider bolts, the original slide pin bolt sleeve will not be used. It must be removed from the caliper as the head of this slide pin bolt has this sleeve function built into the bolt. The slide pin bolts included will replace both the original slide pin bolt sleeve and the original equipment type slide pin bolt.

Summary: I have a disc brake conversion on my 1959 F100. And from the pictures they're perfect. They even bolt on...except the outside pad doesn't fit. Turns out you gotta read all the words. After more research, I think: My rotors measure 1.190thick, (mid 70's Ford F150) - These only fit 1" thick rotors. My calipers are from mid 70's GM ...half ton pickup. Not the same as big car. Rock Auto may be cheaper, especially if you have old calipers to send back for core charge. More options for brake pads. Probably worth researching the different pad materials available.
Summary: Perfect for my 1975 mustang ll front end.
