A David Winter item being the Coopers Cottage measuring approximately 4 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches deep.  I see absolutely no damage to the item.  It comes with COA and box.  The box does have writing on it showing "Video #40".  

I will be listing a large variety of David Winter items, along with other stuff over the next few weeks.  I combine shipping when possible, however some items are too large to do so safely.  I use USPS Priority Shipping.
