Most items are sent out either the same day or by the latest the next day - by 2nd class post unless you have selected another postage option. Allow 2 -3 working days for delivery of an item sent by 2nd class post.

Certificate/proof of postage is always obtained. Royal Mail procedures will be adhered to when items are misplaced / lost in post.

Returns / Refunds

I understand from time to time you may not be happy with your item. If this should occur then please contact me in the first instance before placing feedback against the item. Actual postage costs will be deducted from any refund – as per my return policy and my compliance with the Distance Selling Regulation.

I cannot be held responsible for items that when returned ‘go missing’. We would have communicated prior to you sending the item back, so please do adhere to what we have agreed.

Items are to be received/returned WITHIN 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items are to be returned to me, with ALL original packaging / instructions ect (this can affect the amount refunded if not all returned), as I will want to resell the item. Postage and package handling charges are non-refundable unless or otherwise stated in the individual description.
