Standard Shipping:  GRS Liquidations offers a variety of shipping options. Please review the shipping tab for the available options - we ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you prefer to ship on a service you do not see listed, please contact us directly. We are also happy to ship on UPS/FedEx account numbers with expedited options. Local pickup is welcomed upon request - please message us directly for more information.

Freight Shipping: Freight is FOB Shipping Point. The buyer/consignee will schedule and pay for freight directly with their selected provider. Handling charges may apply for special crating, packaging etc. upon invoicing, and varies on a case by case basis, depending on the item.  

Customer Service:  We do our best to describe each item accurately, message us with any questions. If an item is described incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. 

Payment:  GRS accepts Credit/Debit card payments through eBay, as well as payments made via Wire Transfer and cash upon pick-up. Please let us know via message if you would like to pay by cash on pickup or wire for further instructions.
