The booklet is in EX condition.
The one page advert is in EX- condition as there is a slight crease from top to bottom on the left front/right back where it has been put in the case incorrectly at some time.
As with all the items I'm selling a full refund is offered if the winning bidder is not happy with the quality of the item.
