How to Activate this SIM Card

  1. We ship SIM cards inactive.
  2. Please follow the activation instruction sent to you with the SIM.
  3. We activate your SIM card 1 day prior to the arrival date that you set during the activation request.
  4. In order to have a smooth activation process, please make sure you submit at least 3 days prior to your arrival date and give us the correct arrival date in local time to the destination you are headed to.
  5. If you wish to change this date after your request, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your noted arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your 28-day service.

Please note:

  1. In order to activate your SIM card, we require passport information to complete the activation (Given Name(s), Last Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Birth and Gender (no passport photos are required)).

  9. Please note that since Movistar ES is a Spanish telecommunications provider, you will receive your welcome messages and other account-related messages (such as data balance notifications) in Spanish. We recommend using a translating app such as Google Translate to convert the text to English for your convenience.
  10. The SIM is designed for short-term travellers and is therefore single-use only. If you are travelling for more than 28 days, we recommend purchasing multiple SIMs before your trip.
  11. Please activate your SIM card within 6 months of purchase.

Delivery

  1. We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.
  3. General Delivery Information:
    - Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
    - Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    - Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
    - Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
    - eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.

  6. For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.

Returns

  1. We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  2. The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  3. We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  4. Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
  5. No return or refunds if the SIM card has already been activated.
