PAYMENT:

Payment shall be preferably made by PayPal.

Another ways of payment are also possible. If you want to pay by bank transfer or another way, which is comfortable to you, contact a salesman for receipt of additional information.

You shall make the payment within 5 days after purchase. If you can not execute the payment during this time, email me, I can wait.

DELIVERY:

I send parcels all over the world by the Postal Service.

International delivery is made by registered airmail. The Ukrainian postal service "Ukrposhta" is a reliable company that guarantees fast delivery. The registered airmail includes insurance. The postal service is responsible for delivery and compensates for expenses if a parcel is lost.

Fortunately, we have never had a single case when something was lost!

Sending: an item  (items) will be shipped within 3 working days after payment is received. Working days do not include weekends and holidays of Ukraine (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May 1, etc.). The buyer will be informed about the shipment.

 Delivery - delivery period takes usually from 7 to 10 days to European countries, from 10 to 15 days to the USA, Canada, Japan, from 14 to 21 days to Australia, New Zealandand other countries all over the world.

Delays – they happen very rarely, but they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the parcel was delayed in transit, the buyer should inform the seller of the delay. The seller should investigate the matter and possible reasons for the delay for 1-2 day.

Packaging - The seller ships the item in the packaging that ensures safe delivery. All items will be carefully packed.

If the item is damaged in transit (visible damage, lost parts etc.), you shall notify the seller as well as the carrier immediately. Any claims to damage can be denied by the carrier if they are pursued after 3 days of delivery.

If after purchase you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please let me know via eBay messaging and I am sure we can resolve any problems.

In this case, the item shall be returned in the same condition, packed in the original box with postal stamps, all packing materials, manuals and accessories (if they are included in the set originally).

A refund shall be given in the amount of 100% of the cost of goods. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

I give a refund to the buyer only after receipt of goods.
