With 78 inch of mesh you''ll have more than enough fabric to repair a wind deflector multiple times. 

Which wind deflectors can be repaired? 
All types of wind deflector whose mesh is secured with an rubber seal can be repaired. Both original (OEM) and aftermarket. OEM wind deflectors are often foldable into a small package so they can be stored in the boot/trunk. 

What cannot be repaired? 
Spare parts for OEM windstops are unfortunately not availalbe. A broken hinge or frame cannot be repaired. In this case we recommend to buy a new windstop. 

Repairing the wind deflector - a short description
Generally speaking, it's easy to repair a windstopper. 
1. Carefully remove the rubber gasket and remove the old mesh
2. Place the new mesh over the frame and reattach the rubbel strip by hand
3. Cut off the excess mesh and secure the rubber seal with the mallet 

The repair set comes with an extensive manual with clear images. We als have an installation video to demonstrate how easy it is to do.
