All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales to Australia wide via AU POST.

We post every weekday only, except Public Holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1business day of receiving payment. (Please note that our cut off time is 8:30AM,So that if you purchase on Friday 8:31AM, your order will be processed next Monday.)
After dispatch, tracking number will be available. AUPOST usually delivers between 2- 8 business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AU POST. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.
We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
