This is one of the most unusual offers that I have ever listed on eBay.  Please read:

I recently purchased two "Ballistic Bags" of 2009-P and 2009-D Series #1, Log Cabin Birth and Early Childhood Years Lincoln cents.  "Ballistic Bag" is a slang term to refer to a bag of 400,000 coins that was shipped directly from the US Mint in Philadelphia and Denver.  This is an ultra strong bag was shipped on a metal pallet and is extremely heavy, weighing around 2,800 pounds.

The first photo shows this bag on a pallet in it's original form.  The coins in this bag are as pristine as they came from the mint.  As you can imagine it would be very difficult to deal with transporting something of this size and weight.  I have carefully packaged these coins in 5,000 count bags in order to make them more manageable.

I assure you that these are uncirculated and have not otherwise been searched in any way.  These coins are about as direct from the mint as they can be.

I purchased these two "ballistic bags" from a very large hoard of coins from a local dealer's estate who had recently passed away.

I am offering them for sale as a two bag set of: one 5,000 count bag of P-mints and one 5,000 count bag of D-mints.  10,000 total coins.  I will ship them both in a medium flat rate box weighing a little less than 70 lbs.

Because of this large bulk purchase I am able to offer these 2 bags for a very low price of $250 (10,000 uncirculated coins), plus a reasonable shipping cost of $32 for both bags shipped separately.
Please read a note about shipping:
I strive to ship at my cost.  If you pay more at checkout I can refund the overage you may pay.

Rolls and lots: $4.50 for the first roll and $1.50 for each additional roll; up to $8.50.  I can ship up to 30 rolls (paper wrapped) for $8.50.

Single coins up to 3 coins sold at $20 or less: $1.11 for eBay standard envelope.  I ship all of these at 3oz since it is safer that way.  Beyond $20 value shipping is $3.50.

The best way to handle multiple item purchases is to put them in your cart and then ask for an invoice from seller.  That way I can provide these shipping prices without having to issue a refund.

I am not in this business to make money on shipping but I must charge costs involved.  There is no such thing as free shipping.  It is paid for by someone, usually in the cost of the item.
