Terms and conditions

These General Conditions may be modified or updated at any time by the Cirifalco Company - Interregional Service Center (hereinafter referred to as cirifalco.it), which will notify customers through the appropriate channels.

Prices Displayed

All the prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public, are inclusive of VAT; they are net of transport costs which will be clearly displayed before completing the order.

Order Confirmation

cirifalco.it may at its discretion ask the consumer and/or customer to confirm the order by e-mail.

Availability of Products

Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, cirifalco.it will communicate the lack of availability and any waiting for the fulfillment of the order within 48 hours; if the customer and/or consumer does not agree to wait the time necessary for delivery, the order will be considered terminated and cirifalco.it will immediately cancel the payment.

The commercial invoice must be expressly requested.

Warranty

All products offered by cirifalco.it are covered by the manufacturer's original two-year Italian warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products we sell.
If the customer wants to make use of the guarantee on a product purchased, simply contact the Authorized Assistance Centers indicated on the products or the Customer Assistance Service.

Right of withdrawal

cirifalco.it acknowledges to the consumer, who for any reason is not satisfied, the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

This right can only be exercised by consumers, for which all purchases made for purposes not unrelated to business or professional activity, i.e. where a VAT number is entered in the appropriate order form, do not enjoy this right.

The deadline for making use of this right is 10 working days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to return the goods and notify us by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

If the right of withdrawal is expressed by fax or by e-mail through our contact form, it must in any case be confirmed by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated above, within the following 48 hours.

Important. In the letter requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal current account to re-credit the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder).

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

· the Customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above

· the purchased good is unused, intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc...)

· the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above. The delivery costs are charged to the customer. It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the items are fully borne by the consumer.

Buyer's obligations

It is forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the further relative communications; the personal data and e-mails must be exclusively one's real personal data and not of third parties or fantasy.
The consumer and/or customer authorizes cirifalco.it and undertakes to provide, at the discretionary request of the latter, copies of unexpired identity documents.
Failure to fulfill the request for documents authorizes cirifalco.it to terminate the contract due to breach by the buyer.
The customer raises cirifalco.it from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, being the customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer undertakes to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, and to print the specifications of the product being purchased.
The guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the means indicated above, is of an essential nature, so that by express agreement, the customer's failure to comply with this obligation will determine the legal termination of the contract without the need for a judicial decision, except the right of cirifalco.it to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

Contract termination and express termination clause

cirifalco.it has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the consumer and/or customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will only have the right to a refund of any amount already paid.
