CUSTOM ORDER DETAILS
This listing is for the custom work shirts. You can have your logo printed on front and/or printed on back.
Your logo will be printed in 1-color. If you have a multi-color logo, we can simplify to 1-color. If you don't have a logo, we can help with that too.
You can order from 5 to 12 shirts. If you need any more shirts please message me for a quote.
Printed on Red Kap brand shirts, 4.25 Oz, 65/35 polyester/cotton. Adult Shirts. - Soil-release and wickable finish

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Once you purchase the listing please email us your artwork. Artwork has to be camera ready:
• Any artwork that is not camera ready will be charged an additional $20 to prepare for printing. We will provide you with the
final artwork file, you can save it an use it for any future printing needs.
• Following file formats are accepted: .jpg / .tiff / .psd / .ai / .eps / .pdf / .png / .bmp.
• For best results please send hi-res art (200dpi to 300dpi).
• Any questions regarding artwork please message us.
2. Send us a breakdown of tee sizes. Include names and numbers for each size.
3. Once you email us your artwork and details, we'll create a mock-up (proof) and email you back for your approval (usually within 24 hours). Once mock-up is approved, we will begin production.
4. Current turn around time is 10-business days. Also please consider transit time, delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on your location. If you have a time sensitive order (a deadline) please message us before purchasing listing, we'll see if we can accommodate your request and put a rush on your order.

All payments are managed by eBay.
We will not mail your item until we receive a notification that payment has cleared.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Domestic Shipping
Allow 10 business day for us to complete and ship out your order.
Allow 2 to 7 business days for transit in USA (UPS Ground, FedEx and USPS).
Delivery time will depend on your location in the Country. We are located in Los Angeles, CA.
International Shipping
Allow 7 business day for us to mail your item.
Allow 7-30 business days for transit. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 8 weeks.

All
shipments are sent to the eBay address provided when checking out.
Due to eBay policy we cannot ship to an alternate address.
You can
enter an alternate address before you complete your purchase.
We use UPS as our main shipping service.
We also use FedEx and USPS. You can select preferred shipping service at check-out.
